it’s as shown in the pictures. works well as well. made of better quality. put water in it no leakage. the metal part helps cool the phone it works better than other plastic cooler. different size phones can be used as its adjustable. my iphone 11 pro max fit and theres still space for more bigger phone. can be placed as a stand. and i dont find it that bulky or uncomfortable to play. it helped cool my phone when playing mobile legend from full battery till finished. its a good product and recommend it to cool phones. works well. The items were shipped on time and delivered earlier than the given dates. I am very happy with the purchase
