Electric Suction Door Lock Working Principle

Lock Module-closed state
When the lock tongue is pushed to the locked state, the lock tongue starts to act under the force of the spring, and the lock tongue and thecable are tightened to perform synchronous movement. The motor box clutch disengages and the hall sensor in the motor box is triggered, and the motor starts to do tighten the action so that the self-priminglock is closed.

Lock module-open state
When the door inner/outside door handle is pulled, the door handle pull cable pulls the linkage arm, and the linkage arm breaks the locking hook device, and the locking tongue rotates in the direction of the axis to release the locking buckle so as to completely unlock the door.

Motor and lock working
